Summary: This position is responsible for sales and customer service that support Magnet America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Offer timely responses to RFQ (request for quote)
· Process custom orders following the standard procedure involving art, production and shipping departments.
· Call every custom web submission lead before responding via email with a quote.
· Reply to customer service inquiries as they appear in a timely manner. Confirm with sales team/co-workers that a reply hasn’t already been offered to avoid double response.
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management and communicating with customer in a timely manner.
· Assist the team, as needed, in conducting thorough and timely follow-up after we have attended trade shows, customer meetings, email blasts, etc.
· Ability to build a professional and technical knowledge of the printing and promotional industry
· Contribute to company success by maintaining a healthy positive attitude and a willingness to help and assist wherever you might be needed based on unique customer demands or business opportunities.

Education and/or Experience: High School graduate, College degree preferred.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or in diagram form.
Other Skills and Abilities: Basic typing skills (45 wpm), familiar use of basic function calculator. Excellent communication skills are required. Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting.
